Guardrisk Insurance is a company that has offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Although not one of the major businesses in the insurance market within South Africa, the company can also boast of having offices in Namibia and Mauritius.

The company states that its main purpose is "To be of service to our clients." They claim that they do this by providing value-added and cost-effective insurance policies as well as alternative risk transfer solutions. Guardrisk also believe that they value integrity and will always practice good faith, fairness and honesty when it comes to providing a service to each and everyone of their clients.

In 2014 Guardrisk joined the MMI Holdings family after the sale was approved by the Financial Services Board and the South African competition authorities.
